Farrell's New Tampa is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has taught our members about the importance of nutrition since our inaugural 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to better results! But knowing what to eat can be confusing—especially with so much conflicting information out there. You won’t have to guess with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods easy. With our tested nutrition plans, you won’t feel hungry because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we outline everything for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We explain to you what your body needs for you to reach your goals. When you stick to our nutrition plan, you will see results—and you’ll feel the transformation in your body and mind that only nourishing food can offer.

We tailor your plan to meet your specific needs and goals. You won’t feel deprived. You can still go out to eat, and you can still eat the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your ideal food choices are in any circumstance. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can splurge on some of your favorite indulgences—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be available to answer questions and give you recommendations. They will check your food logs and meal plans to help keep you headed in the right direction. Plus, you can always find tasty ideas and new recipes to keep you content in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Meal Planning from Farrell's 

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll educate you on good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different essential nutrients at all meals. Your entire Farrell's Family will be here to assist you, especially your coach. You’ll pick up on how to plan your meals and track them for success.

Don’t sweat it if planning isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll get 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include specific instructions and guidance on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be whole without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adaptable. Follow them as written or mix it up to fit your tastes. Some members like to eat similar meals each day for a whole week, while others like to have alternatives. Your coach, or everyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling satisfied after a meal?
